The safety of all attendees is our top priority.  We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation
and will implement further precautionary measures as and when announced by the government.
In March 2020, the European Chamber of Commerce, Singapore (EuroCham) conducted a survey to map out the expected economic impact of COVID-19 on European businesses in Singapore, following up on a survey made in February to see the continued effects and changes to European businesses in Singapore

The survey showed that European companies in Singapore and ASEAN believe they would be impacted already in the very early stages of the outbreak, with significant proportions of their revenue to be in jeopardy.

Download our REPORT HERE or view it on our WEBSITE.

European Chambers all over the world have also published reports on how European companies in their region have been affected by the virus outbreak, find them on our website.

Sustainability is the focus of our activities in 2020 and EuroCham will be executing a series of activities under the title "European Excellence in Sustainability" including breakfast talks, surveys, a white book and the Sustainability Awards. The project is in line with the commitments and ambitions of Singapore towards the 2015 Paris Agreement.

The goal of this project is to show the degree of involvement of European companies within Sustainability. We want to provide these companies with a platform to share their initiatives in reducing carbon and waste, revenues derived from clean products, their effort in providing green energy solutions, and overall attempts to preserve our planet while still being profitable.

The results of our sustainability survey will be incorporated in a position paper and will be presented to relevant Singapore governmental entities as a basis for an open discussion. The paper will include the quantitative findings of this survey as well as recommendations to the Government, so that we close the gap between companies needs and government efforts. This will also allow us to raise awareness in the sustainability area.
