Indranil Roy is a Partner in the Human Capital practice at Deloitte Consulting, based in Singapore. He leads the Deloitte-Leadership Practice for Asia Pacific and is the Future of Work go to market efforts in Asia Pacific. Globally renowned as a strategic advisor in innovation/digital, leadership, strategy organization and culture, Indranil has extensive experience in advising clients in ASEAN, Brazil, Japan, China, India, Korea, United Kingdom and United States across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, IT, government, consumer and healthcare.

Indranil has served as an advisor to several clients in the region including GIC and OCBC in Singapore, Mizuho, Sony and Yokogawa in Japan (and globally), JG Summit in the Philippines, Maybank and Maxis in Malaysia, Bangkok Bank in Thailand, amongst others. He has been an advisor on leadership and culture matters to several MNCs including Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, Credit Suisse, Genpact, Thomson Reuters, Telstra and Kraft Foods, amongst others.

His work in the area of leadership, culture and innovation has helped several organizations build a culture of innovation through the effective use of Innovation Incubators. His research on growth and innovation (“Asia 2.0” and “Smart Growth”) is taught in Executive MBA curriculum in several business schools. Indranil is also a thought leader in transforming Asian businesses to go global. He has led several transformation engagements from Indian, Chinese, Japanese and Korean business houses in their ambition to build a global franchise. He holds a Masters in Strategy and Organisaton Development and a Bachelor in Technology, Mechanical Engineering, India.
