Sulaizah Saptoe is the Senior Product Marketing Lead for Transport & Logistics at HERE Technologies. Based out of Singapore, Suziah brought over 19 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing and Product Development from companies such as NAVTEQ/ Nokia L&C, StarHub Pte Ltd, IBM Ltd and Motorola. Sulaizah joined HERE Technologies (previously known as NAVTEQ) back in 2008 as Global Product Manager, working across the organization enabling various teams and positioning location intelligence product offerings in the best possible way with customers. She also led the creation of the company’s first pedestrian navigation content globally and in Asia Pacific which was embedded in several Nokia GPS enabled phones in 2010/11. Since 2012, Sulaizah lead Product Marketing in Asia Pacific / Global with a mandate to drive and grow HERE Technologies focus on industries such as Automotive, T&L, TMT. She is now working to expand new industry solutions through various executive and customer/partnership engagements. An avid early adopter of new technologies, she is always on the lookout to experience and experiment with cutting-edge gadgets, systems and solutions that are available in the market.

Jason Jameson is Senior Vice President and General Manager for HERE Technologies in APAC. As organisations embrace location-based solutions for their digital transformation, Jason and his team are at the forefront of bringing the power of location to customers, partners and developers, across industries and markets, to solve business problems. Jason started his IT career over 25 years ago and has extensive experience in managing sales and driving customer success of cloud-based solutions to diverse markets and organizations.
He joins HERE from IBM where he held a variety of executive leadership roles over the past decade. Most recently he led their cloud business in APAC and was responsible for overall business management, including profit, revenue and bookings for Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service and Software-as-a-Service.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
Ms Neo Su Yin
Head of Customer Experience and Domestic Post & Parcel
Singapore Post
Su Yin joined SingPost as Vice President, Customer Experience on 15 April 2019. She went on to take over and improve the service quality and customer experience in the post and parcel delivery services over the last year. Since Jan 2021, Su Yin has undertaken the role to manage the domestic post and parcel business and customer experience.
Su Yin brings with her a wealth of operational and customer service experience serving in both Changi Airport Group and the Republic of Singapore Navy.
As General Manager, Ground Operations and Customer Service at Changi Airport Group, Su Yin oversaw the day-to-day management and customer service across all four terminals at Changi Airport. Before that, Su Yin served in the Navy for 17 years and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel.
Mr Lim Zheng Gang
Head of Logistics,
foodpanda Singapore
Zheng Gang started his journey with foodpanda as Operations Performance Manager in November 2018 and quickly rose the ranks in just eight months to become the Head of Logistics. With over four years of experience managing the logistics and operations across automotive and technology industries, Zheng Gang brings with him ample knowledge and skills in operational performance, logistics planning and analysis, and is primed to continue implementing technological solutions to enhance foodpanda’s service delivery.
As head of logistics for foodpanda Singapore, Zheng Gang handles everything delivery and riders related, including fleet management, operational performance, rider engagement and rider acquisition, as well as act as government liaison to identify and bridge gaps in the burgeoning delivery industry.
Beyond operations, Zheng Gang also undertakes the role of people management to maintain high morale and accountability among foodpanda’s 12,000 strong rider community. He strongly believes in constantly engaging with riders to create a
welcoming and safe working environment for them. He has spearheaded a number of initiatives for riders, including – rider safety campaigns, rider care and the bamboo rewards programs.
Mr Oh Bee Lock
Chief Executive Officer
Singapore Logistics Association
Mr Oh Bee Lock is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Singapore Logistics Association since 1 January 2021. Mr Oh has almost 3 decades of experience in the port/maritime industry, with expertise in container port logistics, planning, development and operations of containers and multi-purpose terminals, port engineering and technologies, and more recently, digital transformation strategies. He has worked with PSA International for most of his career as well as a short stint with IE Singapore (now Enterprise Singapore).
He started his illustrious career as a front-line operations executive and rose to become COO of PSA Singapore, with accountability for the operations of over 60 containers, break-bulk and ro-ro berths. As PSA’s Head of Group Technology, Mr Oh charted the new digital course for the port and terminals. His wealth of experience spans long-term innovation and R&D plan to translate technological options to operational applications as well as navigating digital technological shifts, formulating and driving strategic initiatives to leverage on digitalization and “Internet of Logistics”.
Since 2019, Mr Oh has been a volunteer with Asian Journeys Ltd, partnering with youths on overseas volunteering projects in Inner Mongolia and Thailand.
