Synopsis
The transition to a decarbonised economy is not only essential to halting climate change, but it will also serve as a driver of economic growth with the potential to create numerous green jobs in a variety of sectors. These jobs are directly linked to the protection of the environment and seek to minimise the impact of the economy on the planet.
If this context will require the creation of ‘’green jobs’’ with specific skills, it will also call for a broader change in how organisations integrate more systematically sustainable human development at the heart of their strategy and roadmap.
More specifically, the session will approach the following topics (not limited):
- How will the 2030 Green Plan impact Singapore labour market in terms of new jobs and skills requirements
- Integration of Human Development metrics and KPIs in Talent Strategy, Leadership practices, Performance & Productivity Management
- Organisation Agility best practices (incl. Remote working & Sustainable Ways of Working)
