Jevon Louis heads the Intellectual Property, Technology and Data practice at Shook Lin & Bok LLP and is experienced in both contentious and non-contentious matters across multiple industries. Jevon also advises businesses on the creation, management and commercialisation of intangible assets and has been assisting the South-East Asia SME IP Helpdesk since 2020 as an External Expert.
Jevon Louis specialises in intellectual property (IP) law and technology law. He is well-suited for this area of practice as he is technically qualified with a degree in mechanical engineering and is also a registered Singapore patent attorney, qualified by examination under the Intellectual Property Office in Singapore (IPOS).
Jevon’s experience extends to both contentious and non-contentious matters across multiple industries including, but not limited to, pharmaceuticals, renewable energy, manufacturing, construction, logistics and semiconductors.
On the contentious side, Jevon represents clients in court proceedings as well as in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Jevon specialises in patent litigation and has extensive experience in such disputes as conducted before the IPOS Registry, High Court, and Court of Appeal of Singapore. In addition, Jevon also handles other IP disputes involving breach of copyright, trade mark infringement, passing off and breach of confidence matters.
Jevon also advises on IP strategy and provides IP-related business intelligence and advisory services. Apart from that, Jevon oversees the filing and registration of patent, trade mark and design registrations, preparation of IP registrability, infringement and invalidity opinions, performing of patent prior art and freedom to operate searches, and drafting of licensing, distributorship or franchising agreements, as well as various technology services agreements that are intrinsic to today’s digital economy.

Quentin Faller, a Parisian native, boasts a rich academic background with a Master of Economics from Fudan University and a Master’s in International Business from ESSCA, Quentin started his career in Singapore 5 years ago, joining the European Asset Manager Amundi for 2 years. He has now been three years at Sleek, evolving from Sales Associate to the Manager of the Customer Success Team, where he hopes to bring the best experience to customers and streamlining Sleek’s process.
Ms Giordano has over 15 years of experience in the Corporate Services Industry and has developed an in-depth experience in the professional and business consultancy environment, managing a portfolio of blue-chip clients across a range of industries and regions. She graduated in Business Management & Administration from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and is a professional Chartered Accountant.

Max Ng is the managing director of Gateway Law Corporation, a boutique regional practice with offices and people in multiple countries in the region. He manages Gateway’s Singapore offices, and his legal expertise includes licensing, franchising, fintech, data protection and privacy.
He is a fellow with the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution, a Senior Fellow with the Bali International Arbitration and Mediation Center, and sits on the panel of arbitrators of the Asian International Arbitration Centre and on the reserve panel of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
Max is also an accredited mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre, an associate mediator under the Law Society Mediation Scheme and sat on the Panel of Trademark Mediators (formerly the Panel of Neutrals) of the International Trademark Association. He is a volunteer mediator with the State Courts of Singapore as well.
