Laurence is a recognised thought leader on Transformation, Digital Mindset, & the Future of HR. He is known for his work on defining Purpose, Making Banking Joyful, and the award winning Digital Mindset Initiative and Hackathon series at DBS where he was Managing Director HR & Group Head of Learning & Talent Development. Laurence also managed Asia for Dave Ulrich’s RBL Consulting Group, was Chief Learning Officer at LG Electronics in Seoul, and APAC Head of Learning & Development for GE Money based out of Tokyo. Laurence has just moved back to Asia after building the team for a new and innovative fully Digital Bank in Dubai and is now speaking, consulting & advising on Transformation & Digital Mindset.
