Ms Na Jia
Chief Executive Officer

Na Jia is a Fellow of Society of Actuaries and holds a Master’s Degree in Statistics from Renmin University of China. Qualifying as an Actuary in 2001, she was one of the earliest FSAs in mainland China.
Na began working for Swiss Re Life & Health Australia and later on worked in Zurich, London and South Korea in various pricing and client management roles. In 2004 she joined ReMark in Singapore as the regional pricing actuary for Asia. She since has held various positions in ReMark, including the International Chief Marketing Officer (based in Amsterdam) and Head of Asia (based in Singapore). Na was instrumental in building ReMark’s proprietary capabilities in data modelling and digital channel and played a key role in acquiring strategic clients contributing to ReMark’s success in Asia today.
In addition to the distribution field, she is also active in actuarial academic research. Her research paper on Epidemic Modelling and SARS as a Case Study was published in the North American Actuarial Journal in 2005. She frequently speaks at insurance and actuarial forums and conferences in Asia.
In August 2017, Na was appointed as CEO, ReMark International and Head of Scor Global Distribution Solutions.
Mr Karolis Rosickas

Karolis is Founder and CEO of OME Health, a personalised nutrition coaching company. Launched in 2017, OME Health works with leading nutrition, pharma, and insurance companies to deliver nutrition coaching programmes to clients and employees. Prior to founding OME Health, Karolis was a Vice President at HSBC Investment Banking team in London focusing on the healthcare sector in Europe. He also served as a Finance Director of Danone’s regional early life and clinical nutrition units.
Karolis holds an MBA from IESE Business School and has completed a professional certificate programme in Genomics at Stanford University.

Peter Hong is the founder and CEO of Assurance Technology, Singapore’s leading clinic management software provider. Peter is academically graduated in Business Administration, but his passion in business automation and computerization drives him to developed Clinic Assist Software to assist clinics in their daily operations. Over the last 20 years, he has dedicated his time and effort, working hand-in-hand with clinicians to build robust and feature rich suite of solutions that deliver exceptional values to small, mid-sized and large private as well as public sector healthcare service providers. With his vision and guidance, the company has grown from a humble clinic software provider to become one of the leading healthcare solution partners in the region. In recent times, Assurance Technology participated in MOHH’s (Ministrty of Health Holdings Pte Ltd) CLEO project and successfully assist them to implement it in 2013. The company acquired Clinic Manager from EzyHealth and convert majority of the clinics using Crimson Logic’s Clinic Weaver 2014. At the moment, Assurance Technology has more than 1,400 clinics using it’s Clinic Assist Software – including GP clinics, Specialist clinics, Dental clinics and Asthetic clinics.
Mr Anbu Srinivasan

Anbu is a Managing Director at Fresenius Medical Care (FME), the world’s leading provider of products and services for people with chronic kidney failure. Anbu manages the company’s Singapore and Brunei businesses. Anbu has been with FME for over 3 years and was responsible for regional projects prior to this role. Anbu has, over his career worked primarily in the healthcare sector with corporates and consulting firms. Besides Singapore, Anbu has lived & worked in India, Hong Kong and the UK. Anbu holds an MBA from University of Oxford.
