Ping Gwo is a Tax Partner of Deloitte based in our Taipei office. She has focused on advising cross border withholding tax minimisation planning, optimal investment and tax structures for inbound and outbound investments, the use of tax treaties, M&A consultation, tax disputes settlement, tax provision assistance, transfer pricing consultation, FAS 109 and tax accounting. Ping Gwo has over 25 years of experiences in providing tax planning and consultation services and works with Deloitte member firms on multinational clients.

Andrew Hsu is serving in the international tax/transfer pricing team at Deloitte in Taiwan. He has broad experiences in international tax arrangement for inbound and outbound investments, as well as cross border mergers and acquisitions that involve the restructuring of clients’ offshore investments, and transfer pricing advisory for operation flows. He also participated in several TP special audits by tax authorities and Advanced Pricing Agreement (“APA”) application for several multinational enterprises. Andrew Hsu also served as Chinese Service Group (“CSG”) member to provide advisory for the clients’ outbound investment toward Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippine market.
