*Exclusive for EuroCham Members and National Business Group (NBG) Members

 – SOLD OUT –

Synopsis

The Batam Special Economic Zone and wider Batam industrial ecosystem are increasingly positioned as a strategic platform for companies looking to expand manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain operations in Southeast Asia. Located just under 1 hour from Singapore by Ferry, Batam offers a unique advantage for businesses seeking proximity to Singapore’s global business, financial, and innovation hub, while tapping into Indonesia’s growing industrial capacity, competitive operating environment, and access to a broader domestic and regional market.

This full-day site visit will move beyond high-level narratives to focus on execution by looking at how businesses are structuring cross-border operations between Singapore and Batam, managing investment and production decisions, and navigating regulatory, talent, infrastructure, and logistics considerations on the ground. The day will include a panel discussion which will set the stage for the afternoon site visits to leading facilities in Batam, offering participants a firsthand look at how global companies are leveraging the Singapore–Batam corridor to strengthen their manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain capabilities across the region.

What attendees can expect:

  • A panel discussion with key stakeholders across the Singapore–Batam ecosystem
  • Afternoon site visits to leading manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain facilities in Batam
  • Practical insights on structuring cross-border operations and navigating regulatory, talent, and infrastructure considerations on the ground
  • Ferry tickets to and from Batam, transport in Batam, meals, and all site visits are included in the participation fee.
