Ms Rupa Balsekar
Managing Director & Head – Transaction Banking, South East Asia
BNP Paribas

Rupa Balsekar is the Managing Director & Head of Transaction Banking for BNP Paribas South East Asia. Rupa is an Experienced Corporate Leadership Banker with over 25 years experience in Banking covering Cash Management, Traditional Trade & Supply Chain. She is the Member of the BNPP Singapore Exco and Transaction Banking APAC Exco.

In her role, Rupa has been responsible for Creating a Winning Transaction Banking Franchise and spearheading the focus on technology for the Delivery of Industry First solutions in Cash Management & Trade for the benefit of her clients. She has been the Vice Chair of ICC India’s Working Group on Banking and Finance 2021-22. Rupa herself has been recognized as Transaction Banker of the year in 2019, by AAA Asset.

Rupa holds a CA degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has been a Mumbai University Merit ranker. Rupa is also personally committed to creating positive change through community work in the area of child education through “Help A Child To Study” Somaiya Vidyavihar Trust. This NGO supports higher education for the underprivileged and meritorious students from low income families in Maharashtra-Karnataka belt.


Mr Ankur Kanwar
Regional Head of Cash Management, ASEAN
Standard Chartered

20 years of experience in Transaction Banking, Treasury and Finance across markets in Asia and the USA.

Ankur leads strategy and execution for the Cash Management business across the ASEAN region. He also leads the Structured Solutions Development team globally for Cash management. He is deeply entrenched in new client solutions, regulatory changes as well as emerging trends across ASEAN. He leads a global team of seasoned professionals from the treasury and finance industry, building new and innovative structured cash management solutions.

Since joining Standard Chartered, he has worked with a number of large corporate clients on enhancing the efficiency of their cash and treasury management operations. He has also been instrumental in launching a variety of innovative digital solutions and is a key influencer of new technology adoption in the industry. He is a regular speaker at various industry events and has also authored a number of thought leadership articles in broadsheets and reputed industry

Prior to joining Standard Chartered Bank, Ankur worked for JP Morgan Chase in Singapore and New York. He led product management functions for Transaction Banking regulatory products as well as worked extensively with large corporate clients streamlining their liquidity management structures.

Ankur also has expertise in Treasury management leading Balance sheet hedging, funding strategies, engagement with capital and funding divisions as well as assessments for clients on regulatory changes.

He is a Chartered Accountant from India and also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification.



Ms Felicia Foong
Regional Treasurer
Nestlé Treasury Center Asia Pacific

Ms Felicia Foong, Regional Treasurer, Nestlé Treasury Center Asia Pacific, leads Risk management, Forex and Cash Management for Nestlé Group in Asia Pacific. Nestlé is the world’s largest Food and Beverage company and is present in more than 190 countries.

She is a Chartered Accountant. Felicia graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor’s in Accountancy and completed her Executive MBA program in Nanyang Business School. She has attended Finance and Executive leadership programs at Harvard Business School, UC Berkeley- HAAS Business School and London Business School.

Felicia brings with her a wealth of experience of more than 25 years in the FMCG industry. Prior to Nestlé, she worked with Procter and Gamble, General Electric, Novartis, SingTel and Coca-Cola. She is a solid finance professional and veteran and has worked across all areas of Finance.

She has been recognised in 2015 as Asia’s 25 Most Influential Finance professionals and Female Treasurers. In 2023, Felicia and her team were awarded the Best Treasury Team in Asia by Adam Smith Treasury Today. She also sits on the EXCO for the Association of Corporate Treasurers, Singapore.



Ms Antonina Redko
Head of Business Development SEA
BNP Pariba

Born in Novossibirsk, Russia, Antonina moved to Paris in her early twenties to study and obtained Master of Science diploma from ESCP Business School.  

She started her career with BNP Paribas in 2007 as a Credit Analyst in Paris and later joined Central Inspection Generale. She relocated to Singapore in 2015, taking on the role of Liquidity Advisor within the APAC Liquidity and Investment Solutions team and has successfully driven the development of BNPP’s corporate deposits franchise in several locations in the region.

Currently Antonina holds the role of Head of Business Development, Southeast Asia and works closely with multiple stakeholders in the Southeast Asia territories, businesses and functions to support governance, client engagement and business analysis, while coordinating with the regional teams. 

Antonina is passionate about reading, sports, and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
