On the 2nd of December 2015, the Regional Finance & Tax Committee will be meeting. The meeting will feature a presentation by Dr. Thomas Hufnagel, Partner at Luther LLP, on “Singapore’s Competition Law Rules: “white”, “grey” and “black” areas of competitive behaviour”.
Once pretty much unheard of in Asia, competition law is constantly gaining traction in the region – even though many countries are still characterized by SOEs, mighty conglomerates and oligopolistic structures.
The presentation will be followed by a discussion with members.
