Join the Singaporean-German Chamber (SGC) and DutchCham for this interactive negotiation workshop, hosted by The Gap Partnership.
Every commercial interaction is a negotiation. Whether managing customers, suppliers, strategic partnerships or internal stakeholders, the quality of those negotiations directly influences commercial performance.
Yet while organisations invest heavily in technical expertise and leadership development, negotiation capability is often left to individual experience rather than developed as a strategic organisational capability. The organisations that consistently outperform equip their people with a common negotiation approach that drives better decisions, stronger relationships and improved commercial outcomes.
Join Maxim van Meeteren for an interactive session exploring what differentiates high-performing negotiators, how leaders can build stronger negotiation capability within their teams, and why negotiation has become a critical source of competitive advantage.
Key Takeaways- The principles that underpin successful negotiations.
- How to identify different negotiation environments and adapt your strategy.
- How power really works, including the difference between actual and perceived power.
- How behaviours influence negotiation outcomes and how to respond effectively.
- Practical insights to improve commercial outcomes—for yourself and your team.
