ESSEC Asia-Pacific invites you to a Master Class on “Is Creativity in Organisations Culturally Predetermined?” led by Prof. Kevyn Yong, Academic Dean of ESSEC Asia-Pacific and Associate Professor of Management at ESSEC Business School.

Is creativity in organisations culturally predetermined? Drawing insights from a meta-analytic research project and examples from various industries, Prof. Yong will lead participants to explore the dimensions of creativity in organisations and the impact culture plays.

Key questions to be addressed:

  • How do the dimensions of creativity – novelty and usefulness – vary across cultures?
  • How will motivation, knowledge, thinking skills and the work environment impact creativity in organisations?
  • How can leaders enhance the creativity of their organisation in any culture?
