Knight Frank
Christine is the Head of Research, APAC at Knight Frank. She has over 15 years of industry experience, helping to shape the long- term business strategy by developing and implementing research initiatives that feed into the research centre of excellence for potential broader application. She curates and co-ordinates regional forecasts and market outlook for clients across the office, industrial and residential sectors as well as specialist asset classes such as student accommodation, multi-family and data centres.
Prior to joining Knight Frank, Christine was the Head of Business Development Services for Southeast Asia, overseeing both the research and marketing resources. She was responsible for managing and delivering real estate and economic research and strategic analysis, with the view of providing research-based perspectives to commercial leasing and investment processes. Her insight and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market is also well sought-after by both the local and international media. Christine began her real estate career as a property correspondent and commentator with Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) where she interviewed key market players from listed company CEOs to top government officials on various property- related issues. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Cornell University (US) and a Master of Arts degree in Media and Communications from University of London (UK).

Jason Poh is the Vice President of Customer Services and Solutions at CapitaLand Investment. In this role, he drives global growth for key customers and executes strategies for industry formation and development.
In addition, he fosters innovation and ecosystem development that catalyses ecosystems and seed new market opportunities. He has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, Mr. Poh spent 8 years at Singtel, where he held key positions in Product Management and Global Account Management. Mr. Poh holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Queensland in Australia.

Takenaka Corporation
Tiago Coelho is the Business Development Manager at Takenaka Corporation, a global Japanese design and construction firm with more than 400 years of history. Based in Singapore, he belongs to the Asia Regional HQ where he is responsible for market research and business development across Southeast Asia and India markets. More specifically, his focus rests on mapping new growth sectors for Takenaka’s construction business, such the delivery of semiconductor facilities and data centres, and the expansion of the company’s network of non-Japanese clients by supporting foreign direct investment projects in the region. Before joining Takenaka, he conducted on-the-ground market research and analysis of macroeconomic and political developments in a diverse group of countries which includes Angola, Argentina, Myanmar and Malaysia. He also worked in the political and economic section of the Embassy of Portugal in Madrid, Spain. Tiago holds a MSc degree in International Political Economy from the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, NTU, and a MSc degree in International Politics from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London. He has written op-ed articles on international affairs for the Portuguese newspaper “Observador”.

Dr Puay Guan Goh

Goh Puay Guan is Associate Professor at NUS Business School, where he teaches supply chain management and technology innovation, and the Academic Director of the multi-disciplinary MSc Smart Industries and Digital Transformation. He is co-editor of the Global Supply Chains in a Glocal World: The Impact of Covid-19 and Digitalization (World Scientific, 2022), and author of Supply Chain Management: A Concise Guide (Pearson 2005, 2015), a frequent commentator for media and speaker at industry conferences.
He is / has been a Board Director or Advisor to various corporates, SMES, and technology startups, including Flyoro Technologies, Matex International Limited, Log-Hub AG and Bdata Inc., and serves on the Manufacturing Standards Committee of Enterprise Singapore. He conducts executive education classes on technology transformation and global supply chain strategy, and serves as the Programme Director for the NUS Business School Leading Transformational Change for Agility and Sustainability executive education programme.
Prior to joining NUS in 2018, Prof Goh held various management roles, with P&L responsibilities and in-country stints in South Korea, China, Indonesia and Vietnam. In 2012, he was awarded the Junior Chamber International ‘s Top Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) Merit Award for Business and Entrepreneurship. Under his management between 2010 to 2014, Batamindo Shipping and Warehousing Pte Ltd was awarded the ASEAN Business Award for Growth (SME) by the ASEAN Business Advisory Council in 2013.
He has a Doctor of Business Administration on from Ecole Nationale des Ponts ParisTech, and a MSc in Management Science and Engineering, and BSc in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. He has served as President of the Stanford Club of Singapore, Vice President of Mensa Singapore, President of the Singapore Club in South Korea, and is also an accredited director of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
