His expertise spans product engineering, system design, and project execution, with a strong focus on developing IoT-based solutions for remote energy management and system protection. Jamal is deeply committed to advancing sustainable energy access in underserved communities. He actively collaborates with international and local NGOs, corporate foundations, and philanthropic organisations to drive impact in critical sectors such as healthcare, education, and livelihoods. His work bridges technology and development, empowering communities through innovative energy solutions.
Ms Jacqueline Lam

Jacqueline Lam, is the Regional Director for Asia at SEforALL. Over the past 17 years, Jacqueline has worked with Boeing, Asian Development Bank, C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group as well as the Energy Market Authority and Ministry of Trade and Industry in Singapore. With varied experience in project development, implementation and stakeholder management, Jacqueline was most recently supporting the energy transition of the aviation sector, through biofuel industry development and project deployment for sustainable aviation fuel production in Southeast Asia. She also has an extensive policy support experience in multi-sectoral decarbonisation with developing economies. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the National University of Singapore, and Master’s degree in Development Studies from the University of New South Wales.
Ms Ayu Abdullah

Energy Action Partners
Ayu is the Executive Director at Energy Action Partners, an international nonprofit organization focused on capacity building and community development through collaborative, sustainable energy access initiatives. With over fifteen years of international experience, her expertise spans renewable energy, decentralised systems, inclusive energy planning, and transition policy. She is also the co-creator and Managing Director of COMET – Community Energy Toolkit – a mission-driven software platform that enables participatory demand planning for off-grid systems. Through her work, she has contributed to leading decentralised energy efforts, including the innovative public-civic Sabah RE2 rural electrification initiative. Ayu contributes actively to international platforms such as COP, SEforALL, ACEF, and IRENA events, bringing regional and community-based perspectives into global energy access and transition dialogues. She is a 2023 Malaysia Acumen Fellow and serves on the Board of the global Alliance for Rural Electrification (ARE).

Max Nelen is a mission-driven entrepreneur passionate about accelerating climate-smart solutions for smallholder farmers across Southeast Asia. As Founder and CEO of Agros, Max leads the company’s strategy, partnerships, and market development to make irrigation more sustainable, affordable, and scalable. Before founding Agros, he served as a Venture Builder at Rainmaking, where he helped launch and scale impact-driven ventures such as Solar AI and Table Pointer, advancing renewable energy and operational efficiency in urban and agricultural sectors. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Strategy Consultant at Roland Berger, advising Fortune 500 clients on growth and transformation. Max holds a Master’s in Innovation and Strategic Management (Magna Cum Laude) from Solvay Brussels School and a Bachelor’s in Business Economics (Finance) from KU Leuven. Fluent in English, Dutch, and French, he brings a global perspective to Agros’s mission of building a climate-resilient future for farmers.

Sue-Ann works with regional and global partners to promote and develop impact investing knowledge and expertise in Asia and beyond. She concurrently supports impact reporting and carbon accounting at Temasek Trust. CIIP is a non-profit entity established by Temasek Trust, with Temasek and ABC Impact as strategic partners. CIIP is also the anchor partner for the United Nations Private Finance for the SDGs. Sue-Ann is certified in Sustainable Finance by the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, and is an Accredited Trainer for the United Nations’ SDG Impact Standards. She has close to two decades of experience in corporate sustainability and impact measurement and management. Prior to her current role, she was at Keppel, a global asset manager, and at StarHub, one of Asia’s leading telecommunications company, leading sustainability reporting, and supporting strategy and policy development. She also managed the philanthropic portfolios of the companies, applying impact measurement and management strategies to achieve positive social and environmental outcomes.

Leslie is an impact investment professional with over 12 years of experience at Schneider Electric, focused on energy access and social innovation across Asia, Africa, and Europe. She currently heads operations for Schneider Electric Energy Access Asia, investing in startups advancing Sustainable Development Goal 7 in South and Southeast Asia. Previously, Leslie managed investments in social enterprises addressing energy poverty in Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, and Europe, and led programs supporting NGOs and social enterprises tackling fuel poverty in Europe. She holds a Master in Finance and Management Strategy from ESSEC Business School, and another Master’s degree in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine-PSL.

Based in Singapore, Edmund Tan is a Senior Director in the Treasury Loans team at AirTrunk, having joined the hyperscale data centre operator in 2024. Prior to AirTrunk, Edmund spent 20 years in banking covering the Telecom, Media & Technology sector, including 17 years at Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank where he was most recently the Head of Telecom, Media & Technology Finance Asia, focusing on digital infrastructure finance.
Ms Xiaoning Wu

Xiaoning (Ning) Wu is Director of Impact Investing at AVPN, where she leads strategy and programs to mobilze capital and strengthen Asia’s impact-investing ecosystem. She partners with PE/VC funds, financial institutions, foundations, family offices, and international organizations to build capacity, facilitate collaboration, and develop pipelines and opportunities in impact investing and blended finance. Ning brings cross-sector experience spanning private equity, investment banking, consulting, and the non-profit sector, with a track record of structuring transactions and forging partnerships that close capital gaps. Currently based in Singapore, she has held positions in Washington, D.C., New York, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Taipei. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. Outside of work, she is a Guqin player and has performed in concerts in New York and online.

Marc is a Managing Director and Senior Partner at BCG Southeast Asia. He leads BCG’s work on Climate and Sustainability in the industrial sector across the region and co-leads the People-Centric Just Transition topic. Marc works with both corporate and public sector clients to advance climate solutions that deliver environmental, economic, and societal impact including initiatives related to biofuels, critical minerals, and carbon markets.

Diane Le Goff, is an experienced manager in sourcing, structuring, managing development projects with multiple international public and private stakeholders. She is currently based in Vietnam as the Director of the Youth Education & Entrepreneurship CSR programs for Schneider Electric. The program works on strengthening technical and vocational education, spreading skills related to the energy transition, supporting the integration of women in the energy field and encouraging innovation. She leads the strategy and implementation to reach the 2025 worldwide ambitions: training 1 million youth, training 10 000 trainers and supporting 10 000 entrepreneurs. For the last 12 years she has held several positions in sustainable development at Schneider Electric, being based in France, Senegal and Vietnam; and has developed a strong expertise around TVET development, ESG strategy definition and implementation with a specific knowledge on social impact.

Yean Feng currently spearheads IBM’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and University Programs across Greater China, Korea, ASEAN and Australia/ New Zealand. Yean Feng is passionate about skills development and creating social impact – especially in training the next generation to improve the world with technology innovation and strengthening the alignment between industry and academia. She works closely with academia, tertiary institutions, government and non-profit organisations across Asia Pacific to co-create learning roadmaps – targeting students and adult learners – in building a workforce for the future. A CSR professional and marketer with cross-disciplinary skills,Yean Feng has 30 years of experience in the IT industry; of which 27 years are in IBM.

Mong Song is responsible for leading workplace and workforce learning initiatives, organization development, marketing, student services, and alumni programmes. He is passionate about developing a new generation of skilled workforce through working closely with the employers on the ITE’s Work-Study Diploma, and implementing workplace learning system and employability-related programmes. Prior to joining ITE, he worked in the private sector where his experience centred primarily on developing international logistics business in Asian and European markets.

Nikita Gidwani creates meaningful impact across East Asia by supporting both customers and communities on their sustainability journeys. She drives strategic partnerships and inclusive programs—including volunteering, mentoring, youth education & entrepreneurship, and territory sustainability—while amplifying purpose through communications and engagement. Nikita also works closely with Schneider Electric’s Advisory Services to help companies embed decarbonization into their operations and long-term strategies, aligning with Schneider Electric’s broader climate commitments.

Tiong Hui designs and leads impactful programs as part of the Next-Generation team at Temasek Foundation, focusing on enabling Asia’s youth to access transformative opportunities by equipping them with essential skills for the Future of Work. He forges strategic partnerships across the public, private, and philanthropic sectors to co-create sustainable solutions and enable community impact at scale. Previously, Tiong Hui drove social innovation initiatives at EssilorLuxottica’s Base-of-Pyramid Innovation Lab, where he designed business models to bring vision care to underserved communities and leveraged emerging technologies to scale social impact. He has also previously served as youth advisor to AVPN, Asia’s largest social investor network.
