On 1 March, the EuroCham Human Development Committee will hold a meeting on the topic of:
“How Gen Z will change work and careers – the Singapore context”.
This event will be followed by a tour of the SAP Labs Experience Centre and a buffet lunch.
ABOUT THIS EVENT:
European companies are committed to hiring and developing Singapore talent but what actually constitutes a successful social contract between Gen Z Singaporeans and European employers? This session is an opportunity to speak directly with Gen Z workers and students and examine what needs to change in managing work and careers in the Singapore context.
In this session, our HD meeting will be a 3-way dialogue. We will have 2 panels: one composed of Gen Z interns and students. The second panel will be composed of HR and education leaders who are Eurocham Members. The third pillar of the dialogue will be experience sharing from participants who are HD Committee Members.
SAP – VENUE & EXPERIENCE CENTRE VISIT:
As our Eurocham Members have asked us to organise post-Covid meetings on site with time for networking and onsite visits, we thank SAP for providing the venue for our dialogue and also for organising a curated visit of their Experience Centre.
