Thomas A. Farmer, CCP, SPHR, ACTA: Tom Farmer is an American with 35 years experience in total rewards management. Total rewards encompasses everything that attracts and retains talent, going beyond compensation and benefits. In addition to 20 years of corporate compensation and benefits, Tom is a former Principal with Mercer and was with Hewitt in the U.S. as well. He is founder of ASEAN Total Rewards Institute which is owned by his firm, Freelance Total Rewards Pte Ltd, registered in Singapore.
