Year 2020 has drastically reshaped the economy and the labour force. We have experienced rapid shifts across the globe, how we work, where we work, technologies we use and how we connect with each other.
As we enter into a new era with the starting of new year 2021, companies are drawing conclusions about what has changed, and how they want to change their organisations which are future ready . Year 2020 has escalated the importance of HR function and role this function plays.
The purpose of this meeting is to take a deeper look at who we are and who we want to be. This is a good way to start the year to reflect upon and share the career strategies of past and anticipate future for function and of our Committee Members – not only HR but all HD professionals. Pambudi Sunarsihanto (Indonesia), will give the ASEAN perspective on human development careers. He is HR Director of Blue Bird Group and Vice-Chair (2021) of AHDO and Chair (2018-2020). He has 25 years in various positions in banking, telecommunication industry, consulting firm, transportation and FMCG across Asia Pacific.
