The Human Development Committee will convene to discuss the topic of “Multigenerational Workforce”.
The multigenerational workforce is a strategic concern for Singapore in order to sustain employability for both the younger generations as well as seniors. Coming out of the Covid pandemic it is a key component of the Singapore’s future of work, human development policy and unique integration of a national and expatriate workforce.
The Eurocham Human Development Committee is delighted to have author and consultant Rachele Focardi (Reframing Generational Stereotypes – McGraw Hill 2020) as our keynote speaker. Rachele is a Board Member and Committee Chair of the Future Talent Council and leads the ASEAN Committee on the multigenerational workforce for the ASEAN Human Development Organization (AHDO).
She will be joined by Australian Organisational Psychologist Rachael Palmer of Transitioning Well, an organisation that supports people in significant transitions in working life. She has 20 years’ experience working at the intersection between organisational culture, leadership and people.
Our panel will be completed by the perspective of Singapore’s younger generation, represented by Alyssa Lim, Executive, HR & Advisory at the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI)
Bob Aubrey, Chair of the Eurocham Human Development Committee will moderate the session and dialogue with Members.
