In today’s workplace, women encounter unique health challenges from general women’s health to fertility and menopause, and these concerns can significantly impact women’s productivity, well-being, and career progression and wellbeing-balance. Yet, many organisations still lack comprehensive policies that address the full spectrum of women’s health needs.
This event aims to ignite a meaningful conversation on how we can move from simply acknowledging women’s health issues to taking real, actionable steps, so as to bridge the gap between awareness and action. By bringing together female leaders from the healthcare, HR, and government sectors, we will explore how organisations can enhance support for women’s health in the workplace. The discussion will focus on how we can shape the workplace through culture and HR policies so that women feel supported to take care of their own health.
This cross-committee panel discussion aims to gather insights from our members on the potential impact of these developments:
- Walking the Talk: How Women Leaders in the Healthcare Industry Lead the Change
- Evolution of the Workplace: Trends and Evolving HR Approaches to Empowering Women Wellbeing
- Inclusivity for Health Impact: How workplace culture can create a safe space and influence health behaviours for people living with stigmatised conditions
- Life-course Perspective towards Corporate Health Insurance: Are current corporate insurance products or corporate support sufficient to address multi-faceted needs for women’s health?
- Sustainability and Empowerment: Why women representation is key to shaping the workplace environment and how it affects work-life balance
- Government & Community Support: How public policies and initiatives can contribute to a more inclusive workplace
Join us for an inspiring and solutions-driven discussion on how companies, in partnership with the pharmaceutical industry, can build a healthier, more inclusive future for women in the workforce.
