Mr Enrico Letta
Former Prime Minister of Italy
Dean of the School of Politics, Economics and Global Affairs at IE University
Enrico Letta served as Prime Minister of Italy in 2013-2014 and as leader of the Italian Democratic Party in 2021-2023.He entered politics in 1998, after working as an academic.
He was Minister of European affairs in 1998, Minister of Industry in 1999-2001, and Member of the European Parliament from 2004-2009. In 2014, he became dean of the Paris School of International Affairs at Sciences Po Paris.Today, he is the President of the Institut Jacques Delors and member of the Italian Chamber of Deputies.

Francesco Mancini is Vice Dean (Executive Education) and Associate Professor in Practice at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. He leads the School’s professional development programs for government officials and corporate leaders across Asia and beyond and teaches global governance and conflict resolution. He also founded and leads the Lee Kuan Yew School’s Policy Innovation Lab, where students work with public and private sector partners to tackle complex policy challenges using design thinking, behavioral insights, and emerging technologies.
Before moving to Singapore, Francesco lived for 15 years in New York, where he was Senior Director of the International Peace Institute (IPI), worked with a UN Secretary General’s Special Envoy on Middle East issues, and was an Adjunct Associate Professor at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA).
Francesco is a Fellow at the World Economic Forum (WEF), a member of the Research Committee of the Institute for Economics & Peace (IEP) in Sidney, and a member of the Editorial Board of the journal “Peacebuilding” and of the International Advisory Board of “International Politics.” He published extensively on peace, conflict prevention, and global governance and is regular commentator on international affairs for news and podcasts.

Sue Chung is Head of Transaction Services Sales for South and Southeast Asia at ING, with over 20 years of experience in transaction banking, client coverage, consulting and sales leadership. Based in Singapore, she leads regional sales across Payments & Cash Management and Trade & Working Capital Solutions, driving strategic growth for a diverse portfolio of corporate and financial institution clients.Prior to rejoining ING in 2025, Sue held senior leadership roles at HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank, including Co-Head of Commercial Banking Transaction Services Sales at HSBC Singapore and Regional Head of the Korea Desk at Standard Chartered. She has a strong track record of originating and executing complex cross-border transactions, building high-performing teams, and delivering client-centric solutions across Asia and Europe.Sue holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Chinese Literature from Yonsei University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and reading.
