The presentation will address topics related to the constitution of the ICC Court in Paris, its Secretariat, the case management teams and the day-to-day work in administering thousands of international arbitrations on a daily basis. Mr. Bhushan will talk about the advantages of using arbitration as a means of dispute resolution in commercial and cross border transactions. Mr. Bhushan will also highlight some key features of ICC Arbitration and advantages the parties may bear in mind when opting for the ICC in their contracts.
