UNOPS and EuroCham Indonesia are organising a European private sector market sounding workshop on 1 October to explore potential European participation in two prospective onshore wind projects in West Java, Indonesia, with a combined indicative capacity of approximately 500 MW. PLN has also been invited to participate.
The workshop will explore opportunities for European companies across the project lifecycle, including project preparation such as feasibility, engineering, wind resource, grid, environmental and social, commercial and transaction advisory studies, as well as investment and project delivery, including project development, investment, financing, turbine supply, EPC and operations and maintenance.
The session will also seek industry perspectives on potential business opportunities, areas of interest, information and studies required to assess participation, and key barriers to entering the Indonesian market.
European companies based outside Indonesia are welcome to join online. Interested companies can register via the QR code in the flyer and complete a short set of market-sounding questions. Registered participants will subsequently receive the meeting link.
