After all, DX encompasses cultural, organisational, operational and human changes – and impacts not only companies, but also regulatory environments and the greater society. And in the new normal, leadership has become an even more critical element in the DX equation – for initiating, orchestrating, and driving sustainable digital change.
How can leaders step up to ensure that organisations are on track towards achieving DX success? Follow DX Leaders Series, a monthly digital transformation webinar series that shares insights around digital transformation. Following the recent launch of the SwissCham Singapore’s DX Award, DX Leaders provides digital leaders across various industries with an avenue to discuss relevant topics and share practical insights to navigate challenges around digital change.
The first episode in our second season will focus on how organisations can benefit from diversity & inclusion as they build innovative products and solutions, and how leaders, across different levels, from the CEO to leaders in HR and IT departments, can collaborate better to embed diversity & inclusion in their DX strategies.
Andreas Enderlin, Chair of the Digital Transformation Award, will likewise share specific details on the DX Award including the purpose, timeline and the benefits of applying.
