Synopsis

According to Gartner, the pandemic demonstrated digital initiatives’ value in various business lines. Organisations saw an opportunity to accelerate their ambitious digital transformation, overhaul their cost structure and streamline operations. On the flipside, organisations have often been overwhelmed with digital products and buzzwords with a business case built on shaky ground.

In this session, we will discuss how successful organisations are navigating through a minefield of digital offerings and how to spot quick wins.
