Business Class

You have decided to relocate part or all of your operations to another country. Now comes the daunting process of restructuring your workforce – relocations and redundancies – as well as ensuring you meet all the regulatory requirements for an exit from your current market to meet all the requirements of your new market. The burning questions arise:

  • How to navigate regulatory hurdles and where to start?
  • How to prevent the reputation and image of your company from being tarnished during this process?
  • Should the media be engaged with these announcements?
  • When to break the news to your workforce and how to ensure the news does not leak ahead of time?

In the past 12 months, we have witnessed numerous companies trying to navigate this process. While doing so, the companies have to showcase great efficiency and adaptability to maintain their corporate image and brand integrity intact.

Hear from the Speyside Group as they draw on their experiences working with such companies to ensure the government relations, stakeholder management, and internal and public communications of such a relocation and restructuring exercise are seamless.
