Corporate Board Member Nominees

Anand Stanley
President and Head of Region
Airbus Asia-Pacific

Based in Singapore, Anand leads Airbus and all its divisions, including Airbus Commercial Aircraft, Airbus Helicopters, and Airbus Defence and Space divisions across the region. He is responsible for all commercial aircraft sales, customer support, government affairs, industrial collaboration and innovation.

Over his career Anand has worked extensively internationally, with more than two decades of leadership in aerospace and involvement in Asia and the Pacific region. He joined Airbus in 2018 and has previously worked with the Linde Group, UTC, Pratt & Whitney, Lockheed Martin and Sikorsky.

Anand is currently the Chairman of Airbus Japan and Airbus Singapore, serves on the Board of the EU-ASEAN Business
Council, Vice President and Board member of Eurocham Singapore, member of His Majesty’s Trade Advisory Council (UK), Chairman of GIFAS Asia (French Aerospace Trade Council) and a member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization). Anand graduated from Andhra University in India and has postgraduate qualifications from IMI-Delhi and the University of Virginia-Darden.

 

Martin Bayer
Managing Director
Audi Singapore

Martin Bayer is the Managing Director of Audi Singapore Pte Ltd. and the Regional Office Asia. Since February 2025, he has helmed the business in Singapore and overseen an omnichannel, fully direct-to-consumer retail model – a first for any Audi market globally. In addition to the Singaporean market, Audi Singapore Pte Ltd. hosts 3 regional office divisions for the Audi, Lamborghini and Bentley brands.

With over 26 years at Audi Group, Martin holds extensive international automotive expertise across brand management, sales strategy, and product marketing. Prior to Audi Singapore, he was the Director of Sales for the Latin America and Eastern Europe business for AUDI AG, where he oversaw sales, aftersales and profitability across 30 markets. He pioneered direct sales models in Brazil and Argentina, driving the BEV (battery electric vehicle) transformation and introducing new Audi progressive showroom concepts in multiple locations.

During his time at AUDI AG, he has led product marketing and driven sales for the Audi A4, A5 and Q5 for the German market, and was the management representative in the Audi Residual Value Commission. He also directed and restructured sales for high-profile VIP customers at AUDI AG. For 3 years, he helmed Product Marketing in Volkswagen Group Italia for the Audi brand, focusing on long-term volume planning and growth strategy.

Born in Bavaria, Germany, Martin holds a degree in Business Administration in Würzburg and studied European Business in The Hague University of Applied Science in the Netherlands. He is fluent in German and English, and has business knowledge of Spanish and Italian.

Outside of work, Martin has a passion for classic cars, and enjoys outdoor activities such as running, skiing and mountain biking. He is married with two children.

 

Uday Sareen
Chief Executive and Head of Wholesale Banking Asia Pacific
ING Bank N.V., Singapore Branch

Uday Sareen was appointed chief executive and head of Wholesale Banking (WB) for Asia Pacific on 15 October 2024. Uday will oversee operations across 11 markets in the region, leveraging his extensive expertise and leadership to drive growth and innovation.

With a banking career spanning three decades across Asia Pacific & Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Uday has a deep understanding of customer needs and a wealth of experience in managing segments and products across geographies, which will help grow the difference in the region for our wholesale banking clients.

Uday joined ING in 2007 in India. Since 2020, he has been the head of Wholesale Banking at ING for the EMEA (Europe, the Middle East & Africa) region, prior to which he was the country manager for ING in Australia.

 

Shing Quah
General Manager of Philip Morris Singapore
Philip Morris International (PMI)

Shing Quah is the General Manager for Philip Morris Singapore, an affiliate of Philip Morris International (PMI), a leading international tobacco company. She is committed to exploring opportunities to realize PMI’s vision towards a smoke-free future. Shing previously played a pivotal role in shaping and driving PMI’s regional strategy in Dubai and Hong Kong.

Prior to joining PMI, Shing has extensive experience in leading strategy development and driving transformation at multinational corporations such as Telstra Corporation and Bain & Company across geographies including Australia, Hong Kong and the Nordics.

Shing is known as a strategic leader with a drive for results and a passion for people development. She holds an MBA from INSEAD, France, and is dedicated to continuous learning and growth. Outside of work, Shing enjoys working out and unwinding over champagne and jazz.
 

Goh Theng Kiat
Chief Customer Officer
Prudential Singapore

Goh Theng Kiat is the Chief Customer Officer at Prudential Singapore. In his role, Theng Kiat champions customer-centricity across the organisation and is responsible for the delivery of a differentiated proposition and experience to our customers in both the retail and enterprise segments. He oversees Prudential Singapore’s customer strategy and initiatives, marketing and events.

Theng Kiat brings with him more than 26 years of marketing and business management experience across different industries, from FMCG to financial services.

Prior to joining Prudential Singapore in August 2018, he was Chief Marketing Officer at the consumer arm of OCBC Bank Singapore, where he helped build its brand, product, customer segments and digital marketing practice. He has also held a number of regional and global responsibilities in marketing and innovation.

Theng Kiat is Singaporean and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

 

Lizum Mishra
Senior Director- Government and Public Affairs, Asia Pacific
The LEGO Group

Lizum Mishra heads government and public affairs for the Asia Pacific region for the LEGO Group based out of the company’s regional headquarters in Singapore.   In this capacity, she is responsible for shaping regulatory environments to enable access to LEGO© products and offerings across key markets in Asia Pacific.  Leading a team throughout Asia Pacific, she also drives government stakeholder engagements and industry alliances, which support the company’s priorities of promoting sustainability, creative learning and responsible digital engagement throughout Asia Pacific. In her role, Lizum also provides leadership oversight to broader corporate affairs priorities in Asia Pacific in specific countries.

Lizum is on the Board of the European Chambers of Commerce, Singapore and also chairperson and a Board member of the Asia Toy and Play Association,.  She internally serves on the global government affairs leadership and the Singapore hub leadership team.

Lizum brings over 23 years of experience in the government and corporate affairs function, working for Fortune 100 companies in technology, retail and aerospace.   Prior to joining the LEGO group, Lizum has held leadership roles in Government and Corporate Affairs for Amazon, Boeing and BSA.  Lizum holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from Syracuse University, New York.
