The European Chamber of Commerce (Singapore) cordially invites you to virtually attend its Annual General Meeting 2020. Due to COVID 19 and EuroCham’s latest policies and guidelines on events, this AGM will be made available as a virtual meeting.

EuroCham will organise a trial session on 13 April 2020 6:00 pm for members who are unfamiliar with ZOOM and SLI.DO. Please confirm your participation to the trial session by sending an email to Mrs Melissa Holck (firstname.lastname@example.org). The links and passwords that will allow you access to the trial session will be sent to you.

- Approval of minutes of Annual General Meeting 2019
- Annual Report: April 2019 – April 2020 (article 7.II (a) (i))
- Approval of Financial Report for the year ending 31st December 2019
and appointment of auditors for the Financial Year 2019 (article 7.II (a) (i) & (iii))
- Approval of Budget 2020
- Any other business
The Annual General Meeting will receive from the board an Annual report of activities and the Year 2019 Financial Statements. Both documents to be presented at the AGM will be placed in the EuroCham office at least fourteen days before the AGM (article 7.II(d)). A soft copy of the reports can be sent to you upon request.
In the event that you are unable to virtually attend the AGM you are entitled to appoint a proxy to virtually attend and vote on your behalf. A proxy can either be the President of EuroCham or the representative of another member of EuroCham. The duly completed Proxy Form must be presented to EuroCham’s office on or before Friday, 17 April 2020 (article 7.V.(b)-(c)).
3. Additional agenda items
Should you wish to add additional items to the agenda, you should give notice to the Secretary at least seventeen days before the AGM. (article 7.II(c)).
