What is this award?

The EuroCham Singapore Future Forward Award recognises companies in Singapore that are not simply responding to change, but helping shape what comes next. We are looking for companies that have introduced a forward-looking initiative, transformation or new approach that goes beyond incremental improvement and demonstrates innovation, meaningful impact and strong future potential. This may include a new product or service, technology, business model, customer experience, operational transformation, workforce initiative or industry practice. Entries are welcome from all sectors, with separate award categories for SMEs and Large Enterprises. Relevant initiatives may focus on areas such as digitalisation and artificial intelligence, sustainability and circularity, new business models, future mobility, workforce transformation, customer experience, design, operational innovation or other forward-looking approaches.

Who should apply?

The Award is open to all companies with a registered entity in Singapore that can demonstrate an initiative or transformation with the potential to create lasting value for their business, industry, customers, communities or the wider economy. We have two categories based on company size:

• SME (Small & Medium Enterprise): Companies with fewer than 250 employees.
• MNC (Multinational Corporation): Companies with 250 or more employees, usually operating across multiple countries.

What are we looking for?

Entries will be judged against five criteria:

• Innovation & Originality (25%): A distinctive approach that introduces new thinking, challenges established ways of working or offers a fresh response to an emerging need or opportunity.
• Impact & Evidence (25%): Tangible, measurable outcomes and evidence of adoption, showing real value for customers, employees, partners, industry or wider society.
• Future Potential (20%): The ability to scale, evolve, influence others or shape how business is done in the years ahead.
• Leadership & Responsible Growth (15%): Clear leadership, appropriate governance and a responsible approach that considers long-term economic, environmental and social value.
• Singapore & ASEAN Relevance (15%): A meaningful contribution to Singapore’s economy, innovation ecosystem, industry capabilities or wider society, with relevance or potential impact across ASEAN.

The same criteria apply to both categories, with judges taking each company’s scale, resources and operating context into account.

How to enter

1. Submit your entry by 15 October 2026. Complete the entry form to tell us about your initiative, what makes it innovative or distinctive, the impact it has achieved, why it’s future forward and the role it plays in Singapore. You can also include one supporting document and your company logo.
2. Shortlist announced on 30 October 2026. The EuroCham Singapore Executive Committee will review all eligible entries and select a shortlist of finalists in each category.
3. Final judging. In late October and early November, a guest panel of judges will assess each finalist against the judging criteria and select one winner in each category.
4. Winners announced on 13 November 2026. One SME winner and one Large Enterprise winner will be announced at the EuroCham Singapore 25th Anniversary Gala at Capella Singapore.

Winners Announced. Two winners, one SME and one MNC, will be announced at the EuroCham Singapore 25th Anniversary Gala on 13 November 2026. Selected finalists may also be recognised as part of the Gala programme.

What do the winners receive?

Each winner gets:

• A Future Forward Award Trophy
• An exclusive C-Suite Breakfast hosted by EuroCham Singapore in 2027, bringing together senior business leaders from across the European business community in Singapore on a topic of your choice (Valued at S$5,000+).*

What is this award?

The Connector of the Year Award recognises the #TeamEurope Chamber or Association whose contribution to connecting people and businesses stood out the most to you in 2026. Whether through joint events, cross-chamber partnerships, introductions that led somewhere real, or simply making it easier for people across the European business community in Singapore to meet, talk and work together.

Who can vote?

This award is open to anyone in the European business community in Singapore. This is a chance to vote for the National Business Group (NBG) under the umbrella #TeamEurope that you feel has connected the community the most this year.

How it works

1. Vote. Cast your vote during the public voting period. Tell us which #TeamEurope Chamber connected the community the most in 2026, and what they did that stood out.
2. Live vote. The top-voted Chambers will be named finalists, and the audience will cast a final live vote at the Gala.
3. Winner announced. One Chamber will be named Connector of the Year at the EuroCham Singapore 25th Anniversary Gala on 13 November 2026. Two runners-up will also be recognised.
